We have reached the west coast of the East Coast, settled into Homosassa, Florida for the next week. We have reconnected with our friends Mike and Linda from Colorado (Fort Collins and Colorado Springs) who are visiting family here and are also beginning a ministry to police, military, firefighters and emergency responders. They too, are going to be living in a motor home, traveling to various annual meetings and reaching out to others with the hope of Jesus Christ. Their ministry is called Hart Rescue. We both heard the call to the road at about the same time and came to similar visions without ever speaking with each other beforehand about it. God is building an army of His road warriors. We had a wonderful visit on Sunday at the Community Church of Perry(Florida). We were warmly welcomed by Pastor Dennis, our angels Cecil and Laverne, and a congregation of about 40 joyous and loud-singing Brothers and Sisters. We were invited to tell about our ministry, met with Bobby, Ann Marie and Louise to give advice and prayer about his health issues and possible VA benefits claim. It's hard to write down and report all that God has been orchestrating on this journey. We meet and speak with so many people. We write down their names and a little about each one and we know God hears our conversations, hears our prayers and works in us and them as He wills. Our list of new friends grows each day, Bob, Jerry and Bonnie, Mark and Melinda, Kaylon and Belinda, Reale, Paul, Jody and Don, Renee, Bill, Lanny. A smile, a kind word, encouragement, hope. We serve a God who gives us these and more, and asks us to give the same to others. It's not always easy or convenient, but as we are comforted, so we must comfort others. 2 Corinthians 3-7 has been a powerful scripture in our life and we rest on its power for the ministry He has given us. All praise and glory to God. |

Glad to see that you are keeping a journal of those you meet. It might make an interesting book one day.
