April 3, 2014. Cedars of Lebanon State Park, TN. Missed a good one, maybe even a great one

> Yesterday's blog was a candidate for the Pulitzer Prize, but as is sometimes the case, the internet jumps up and takes it to etherland instead of blogland. I wrote about our home church Shiloh Christain Church in CO and how we miss the people and the fellowship because of our nearly four month journey. I wrote about the quiet town of Shiloh, GA and the once quiet place of peace at Shiloh Church, TN until April, 1862 when two days of horror turned a peaceful place into a place of over 23,000 casualties in the Civil War. I wrote about how we look forward to an eternal place of peace, our ultimate Shiloh and how we need to live now as we will live then and do our best to seek God's Kingdom on earth as it will be in Heaven. The blog was a lot longer, and maybe someday it will reappear from where it went, and maybe it was meant only for me and not those of you who are following us on our website. Right now, I'm trying to make sure this blog doesn't go to the same place of etherdom and at least lets you know that we are well, enjoying our time with our Colorado friends, Bill, Zeta and Jameson and having made it through a monster thunderstorm overnight where the flash and the bang came at the same time. Close-in weather. We are learning a lot on this trip. We are so blessed to be able to do what we are doing, to have friends who encourage us and pray for us and a God who loves us, protects us and provides for us. Thank You, Lord. It is really You who are the GREAT ONE in our life. To You be all the praise and glory.
